Some excursions remain as beautiful memories. Others touch you so deeply that you talk about them for a long time. Our dolphin excursion on October 3, 2026, with Erlebnis Ägypten (Experience Egypt), is one of those for us.

Of course, we were looking forward to the Red Sea, the sunrise, and the hope of seeing dolphins in their natural habitat. But for Silvia and me, there was also a very personal question:

How would this day work with a wheelchair? Would we feel comfortable and be able to enjoy the outing together?

We already had a good feeling when we picked it up.
At 4:45 a.m., our driver arrived promptly at our apartment. He greeted us calmly, helpfully, and with great care. He carefully loaded the wheelchair into the trunk. This thoughtful approach meant a great deal to us – after all, a wheelchair is an indispensable part of our daily lives.

At the marina, we were allowed to drive our vehicle right up to the boat. The crew was already waiting for their guests. Together, we unloaded, helped each other, and carefully stowed the wheelchair on board. Everyone pitched in and looked after us. We felt welcome from the very first moment.

## Arrive, take a deep breath and enjoy the sunrise
